Boil rice (BG1) in water for 14 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat a wok and add oil and chopped garlic (BG2). Sauté for a few seconds.
Add chopped onion (BG3) and mixed veggies (BG4). Sauté for 30 seconds.
Add soya sauce, vinegar, salt (BG5). Mix well, then add boiled rice.
Add burnt garlic and chopped spring onion (BG6). Toss to combine well.
