Add BG1 (rice) to boiling water and cook for 14 minutes.
In a wok, add BG2 (oil, chopped garlic) and sauté for a few seconds.
Add BG3 (sliced onion) and BG4 (chopped capsicum, beans, carrot) to the wok and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add BG5 (soya sauce, vinegar, salt), mix well, then add the boiled rice and combine thoroughly.
Add BG6 (burnt garlic, chopped spring onion) and toss to mix well. Serve hot.
