Boil BN1 (noodles) in water for 14 minutes and set aside.
Add BN2 (oil, chopped garlic) to a wok and sauté for a few seconds.
Mix egg powder (BN3) with 30 ml water, shake well, and add to the wok along with chicken (BN4). Sauté on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped onion (BN5) and mixed veggies (BN6). Sauté for 30 seconds.
Add soya sauce, vinegar, salt (BN7). Mix well, then add boiled noodles.
Add burnt garlic and chopped spring onion (BN8). Toss to combine well.
