Add MN1 (oil, butter, green chilly, curry leaves) to the pot and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add MN2 (chopped onion) and sauté until golden brown.
Add MN3 (mutton) and MN4 (chilly powder, turmeric, salt, Indian paste, Goan curry paste) and sauté for 1 minute on low flame.
Add 150ml water and cook until it reaches a dry consistency.
Add MN5 (coriander, grated coconut) and mix well for 1 minute.
