Add WB1 to a pot and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add onions (WB2) and sauté for 1 minute.
Add WB3 (baingan kheema) with 30 ml water and sauté for 1 minute.
Add WB4 (peanut spice mix) and chopped coriander (WB5), cook on low flame for 4–5 minutes.
