Add VM1 (oil, ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, cinnamon stick, green chilly, curry leaves) to the pot and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add VM2 (chopped onion) and sauté until golden brown.
Add VM3 (mix veggies), VM4 (Paste, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice) and 150 ml water; boil for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
Add VM5 (coconut paste, coconut milk) and bring to a boil.
