Add CU1 (oil, ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, cinnamon stick, green chilly, curry leaves) to the pot and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add CU2 (chopped onion) and sauté until golden brown.
Add CU3 (chicken), CU4 (coriander-mint paste, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice) with 150 ml water and boil for 3–4 minutes on medium heat.
Add CU5 (coconut paste, coconut milk) and bring to a boil.
