Add CL1 (oil, ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, cinnamon stick, green chilly, curry leaves) to the pot and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add CL2 (chopped onion) and sauté until golden brown.
Add CL3 (mutton), CL4 (coriander-mint paste, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice) and 150 ml water; boil for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
Add CL5 (coconut paste, coconut milk) and bring to a boil.
