Sauté BH1 (oil, chopped ginger, garlic, green chilly, cinnamon, bay leaf, cardamom, cloves) in the pot for 30 seconds.
Add BH2 (chopped onion) and sauté for 1 minute on medium flame.
Add BH3 (chopped tomato) and sauté for 1 minute.
Add BH4 (Masala) with 60ml water and sauté for 1 minute.
Add BH5 (fried bhindi) and half of BH6 (chopped coriander), sauté for 2 minutes on medium flame. Garnish with remaining half of BH6 (chopped coriander).
