Starters
In a bowl, mix MT1 (hung curd), MT2 (spice mix), MT3 (mushroom), and MT4 (ginger, garlic, lemon, mustard oil). Let rest for 10 minutes.
Heat 1½ MT7 (butter) in a pan and fry the marinated mushroom on low flame for 4 minutes each side.
Light MT5 (coal), place on foil in a bowl, arrange mushrooms around it, pour ½ MT7 (butter) on coal, cover, and smoke for 1–2 mins.
Serve hot with MT6 (green chutney) on the side.
