Starters
Mix BP1 (onion), BP2 (spices & gram flour), BP3 (prawns mix), BP4 (coriander) with 30ml water.
Shape the mixture into 6 tikkis.
Coat each tikki with BP5 (rice flour).
Heat BP6 (oil) in a pan and pan-fry the tikkis on low flame for 4-5 minutes per side.
