Starters
Mix hung curd (AP1), spice mix (AP2), and paneer (AP3) in a bowl. Rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a pan. Add oil (AP4) and 1.5 butter (AP5). Fry paneer for 2-3 minutes per side.
Light coal (AP6) and place on foil in a bowl. Arrange paneer around it.
Pour remaining ½ butter (AP5) over coal. Cover for 1-2 minutes.
Serve with green chutney (AP7).
