Soups
Boil 500 ml water in a pot.
Add TE1 (sliced mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, lemon juice, Thai red chilli) and boil for 2 minutes.
Add TE2 (Tom yum paste, Thai chilli paste in oil, red chili paste, salt) and cook, stirring well, for 8 minutes.
Add TE3 (evaporated milk) and boil for 1 minute. Serve hot.
