Sauté MK1 (ghee, green chilly, cinnamon, cumin seeds, bay leaf, star anise, black cardamom) in the pot for a few seconds.
Add MK2 (mixed vegetables, diced capsicum) and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add MK3 (curd, powders, garam masala) with 50ml water and boil for 2 minutes.
Add MK4 (Indian gravy, cashew paste, julienne ginger) and boil for 2 minutes.
