Add VS1 (oil, curry leaves, paste) to a pot and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add VS2 (chopped onion) and sauté until golden brown.
Add VS3 (white pepper powder, salt)
VS4 (diced cauliflower, beans, carrot, green peas); sauté for 2–3 minutes on medium heat.
Add VS5 (coconut milk) and 200 ml water; cook for 6–8 minutes on low flame.
In a separate bowl, mix VS6 (maida) with 50 ml water, pour into the pot, and stir until slightly thickened.
