Starter
Add PE1 (oil, green chilly, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste) to the pot and sauté for a few seconds.
Add PE2 (chopped onion) and sauté until golden brown.
Add PE3 (mushroom) and PE4 (Powders, red chili paste, salt) and sauté on low flame for 3 minutes.
Pour in 120 ml water and cook until the mixture reaches a dry consistency.
Garnish with PE5 (chopped coriander).
