Add BI1 (rice) to boiling water and cook for 13 minutes. Strain and set aside.
In a pot, heat BI2 (ghee), add BI3 (onion), and sauté until golden brown.
Add BI4 (tomato) and sauté briefly.
Add BI5 (mutton) with 150 ml water and boil for 1 minute.
Add BI6 (masala + yogurt) and half of BI7 (fried onion). Cook until the mixture reaches a dry consistency.
Add the boiled rice, mix well, and garnish with the remaining BI7
