Starter
Mix LO1 (spices, maida, cornflour) and LO2 (soy sauce, lime juice, ginger garlic) with 50 ml water to make a thick batter.
Coat LO3 (chicken lollipop) in the batter and rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Heat LO4 (oil) in a pot and fry the marinated chicken for 7-8 minutes.
