Starter
Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and set up a clean plate for rolling.
Dip each VR1 (rice paper) sheet in water for 5–10 seconds, lay it flat, then add VR2 (julienned veggies), VR3 (chopped coriander), and sprinkle with VR4 (pepper mix).
Fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
Serve with VR5 (soy, vinegar & chili dipping sauce). Refreshing and crunchy!
