Starter
Heat oil, honey, and vinegar in a pan (GW1).
Add butter, sugar, and walnuts, caramelize, then set aside (GW2, GW3, GW4).
Grill halloumi in the same pan for 30 seconds per side (GW5).
Remove halloumi, plate it, and drizzle with caramelized walnuts.
Serve warm.
