Starter
Preheat a pan and add GW1 (Oil, honey, vinegar, sugar).
Add GW2 (butter) and GW3 (walnuts); cook until caramelized. Let it cool and set aside.
In the same pan, grill GW4 (halloumi) for 30 seconds per side on low flame.
Plate the halloumi and drizzle with the walnut glaze.
Serve warm!
