Mains
Boil AF1 (fettuccine pasta) in water for 12 minutes.
Heat AF2 (sunflower oil, chopped garlic) in a pan until golden brown, then add AF3 (prawns) and AF4 (white onion) and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add AF5 (cream, Parmesan cheese) with 50 ml water, then add AF6 (chili flakes, sun-dried tomatoes, spices)
Mix with pasta, cook for 1-2 minutes.
