Starter
Mix hung curd (AA1), spice mix (AA2), and chicken (AA3) in a bowl. Rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a pan. Add oil (AA4) and 1.5 butter. Fry chicken for 3-4 minutes per side.
Light coal (AA6) and place on foil in a bowl. Arrange chicken around it.
Pour remaining ½ butter (AA5) over coal. Cover for 1-2 minutes.
Serve with green chutney (AA7).
