Starter
Mix PW1 (spices) and PW2 (prawns, ginger, garlic, lemon, mustard oil) in a bowl and rest for 10 minutes.
Heat 1½ packs of PW5 (butter) in a pan and fry the marinated prawns on low flame for 2-3 minutes each side
Light the PW3 (coal) and place it on foil in a bowl; arrange prawns around the coal.
Pour remaining ½ pack of PW5 (butter) on the coal, cover with a lid, and smoke for 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot with PW4 (green chutney) on the side.
