Starter
Mix TB1 (maida, cornflour, salt) with 60 ml water to make a thick batter.
Add TB2 (chicken, soya sauce) and mix well.
Heat TB4 (oil) in a pot and fry the marinated chicken on low flame for 6-7 minutes.
In another pan, add TB3 (Thai hot basil sauce) and sauté the fried chicken for 1 minute on low flame.
