Soups
Add TS1 (ghee, mustard) to a pot and heat until the mustard crackles.
Add TS2 (cumin, green chilly, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste) and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add TS3 (turmeric, red chilly, tomato purée, boiled dal, etc.) and mix well.
Pour in 100 ml water, bring to a boil. Add TS4 (coconut milk), boil again, and serve hot.
Serve hot
