Starter
Mix TW1 (maida, cornflour, salt) with 60 ml water to make a thick batter.
Add TW2 (prawns, soya sauce) and mix well.
Heat TW4 (oil) in a pot and fry the marinated prawns on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
In another pan, add TW3 (Thai hot basil sauce) and sauté the fried prawns for 1 minute on low flame.
