Starter
In a bowl, mix CU1 (boiled potato, paste), CU2 (onions), CU3 (Vegetables) , and CU4 (spices).
Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a patty.
In another bowl, mix CU5 (maida, cornflour) with 40 ml water.
Spread CU6 (breadcrumbs) on a plate for coating. Dip each patty in the CU5 mixture, then coat evenly with CU6.
Heat CU7 (oil) in a pot and fry patties on low flame for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
