Add EM1 (oil, curry leaves, cinnamon stick, green chilly, ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste) to a pot and sauté for a few seconds.
Add EM2 (chopped onion) and sauté until golden brown.
Add EM3 (mutton) and sauté for a minute on low flame.
Add EM4 (white pepper powder, salt) and mix well. Add 100 ml water and boil for 10–12 minutes on low heat.
Add EM5 (coconut milk) and boil for 2 minutes.
Mix EM6 with 2 tbsp water, shake well, and add to the pot.
