Heat a pot and add oil, butter, green chili, curry leaves (MN1). Sauté for 30 seconds
Add chopped onion (MN2) and sauté until golden brown.
Add mutton (MN3) and spice mix (MN4). Sauté for 1 minute on low flame.
Add 150 ml water and cook until dry.
Finish with grated coconut and coriander (MN5).
