Add MN1 (oil, butter, green chilly, curry leaves) to a pot and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add MN2 (chopped onion) and sauté until golden brown.
Add MN3 (mutton) and MN4 (spice mix) and sauté for 1 minute on low flame.
Add 150 ml water and cook until the mixture reaches a dry consistency
Add MN5 (coriander, grated coconut) and mix well for 1 minute.
