Add BB1 (mustard oil, cumin seeds, green chilly, ginger, garlic) to a pot and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add BB2 (chopped onion) and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add BB3 (chopped tomato) and sauté for another 30 seconds.
Add BB4 (baingan kheema) and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add BB5 (spice) with 30 ml water and sauté on low flame for 5–6 minutes.
Add BB6 (chopped coriander) and mix well.
