Add MO1 pack (ghee with mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilly) to a pot and sauté for 30 seconds on low flame.
Add MO2 pack (chopped onion) and sauté for 30–40 seconds.
Add 120 ml water, MO3 pack (boiled moong & cashew), and MO4 pack (tamarind-jaggery mix), and boil for 2 minutes.
Add MO5 pack (coconut paste) and mix well.
Add MO6 pack (coconut milk) and boil for 1 minute.
