Add RC1 pack (turmeric powder, cornflour, spices) to a bowl.
Add RC2 pack (ginger garlic paste, red chilly paste) and mix to form a smooth marinade.
Coat RC3 (chonak fish) evenly with the paste on both sides
Place RC4 pack (rice flour) on a plate and coat the fish thoroughly.
Heat RC5 pack (oil) in a pan and fry the fish on low flame for 4–5 minutes on each side.
