Mains
Heat a pot and add EC1 (Oil pack). Sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
Add EC2 (Onions) and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
Add EC3 (Tomato Purée, Spice Mix) and EC4 (Curd). Mix well and cook for 3–4 minutes until masala thickens.
Add 150 ml water and EC5 (Boiled Eggs). Simmer for 4–5 minutes.
Garnish with EC6 (Kasuri Methi) and serve hot.
