Mains
Heat a pot and add PU1 (Oil pack) and PU2 (Whole Spices). Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add PU3 (Onions, Green Chillies) and cook for 5 minutes until golden.
Add PU4 (Chicken) and sauté for 5–6 minutes.
Add PU5 (Tomato Purée, Spice Mix) and PU6 (Curd). Mix well and cook for 4–5 minutes until masala thickens.
Add 150 ml water, cover and simmer for 6–7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Garnish with PU7 (Kasuri Methi) and serve hot.
