Heat a pot and add KO1 (Oil pack). Sauté for 30 seconds.
Add KO2 (Sliced Onions) and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden.
Add KO3 (Chicken) and sauté for 3–4 minutes.
Add KO4 (Tomato Purée) and KO5 (Grated Coconut). Mix well and cook for 4 minutes on low flame.
Add 150 ml water, cover, and simmer for 6–7 minutes until chicken is cooked. Garnish with KO6 (Fresh Coriander) and serve hot.
