Add SH1 (oil, ginger, garlic) to a pot and sauté for a few seconds.
Add SH2 (chicken mix) and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in 500ml water and add SH3 (whole garam masala bag).
Boil on low flame for 7–8 minutes, then remove the masala bag. Serve hot and garnish with SH4 (chopped coriander).
