Mains
Heat a pot and add KS1 (Oil pack). Sauté for 30 seconds.
Add KS2 (Sliced Onions) and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
Add KS3 (Chicken) and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add KS4 (Tomato Purée, Seasoning) and KS5 (Grated Coconut). Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame until masala coats the chicken.
Add 150 ml water, cover, and simmer for 4-5 minutes until chicken is cooked. Garnish with KS6 (Fresh Coriander) and serve hot.
