Soak PL1 (rice) in water for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix PL2 (Batter Mix) with 30–40 ml water to form a batter. Coat PL3 (Paneer) in the batter and shallow fry using PL4 (oil) until golden. Set aside.
In a pan, heat PL5 (oil, chopped garlic, chopped ginger) and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add PL6 (Onions) and PL7 (Capsicum) to the pan, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add PL8 (Sauce mix), soaked and drained PL1 (Rice), and 450 ml water. Cook covered for 6–7 minutes until rice is 80% done.
Add fried paneer and simmer for 2–3 minutes until fully cooked. Garnish with PL9 (spring onion) and serve hot.
