Add Rice bag (AU1) in boiling water and cook it for 14 minutes.
Mix AU2 (curd & spice mix) in a bowl, add AU3 (paneer & capsicum), and marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat AU4 (oil & butter) in a pan and pan-fry the marinated paneer and capsicum. Set aside.
In the same pan, add AU5 (whole spices & ghee) and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add cooked rice and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Add fried paneer-capsicum mix and toss gently for 1 minute. Serve hot.
