Heat a pan, add FC1 pack (Oil pack) and sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
Add FC2 pack (Onions) and cook for 3–4 minutes until soft.
Add FC3 pack (Tomatoes, Tamarind) and sauté for 1 minute.
Add FC4 pack (Spices) with 150 ml water, stir well, and bring to a simmer.
Gently add FC5 pack (Dory fish), cover, and cook for 7–8 minutes until cooked through.
Garnish with FC6 pack (Fresh Coriander) and serve hot.
