Add SM1 (oil, ginger, garlic) to a pot and sauté for a few seconds.
Add SM2 (shredded mutton mix) and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in 500ml water and add SM3 (whole garam masala bag).
Boil on low flame for 7–8 minutes, then remove the masala bag. Serve hot and garnish with SM4 (chopped coriander).
