Add Rice bag (LR1) to boiling water and cook for 14 minutes.
Heat LR2 (Oil pack) in a pan, let mustard seeds splutter and dals turn golden.
Add cooked rice and toss gently for 2 minutes.
Add LR3 (Lemon Juice, Turmeric), mix well, and cook on low flame for 1 minute.
Garnish with LR4 (Fresh coriander) and serve warm.
