Add GL1 (Oil pack) to a pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add GL2 (Onions pack) and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add GL3 (Caldine masala) and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Add GL4 (Chicken) and 120 ml water, cover and cook for 6–7 minutes.
Add GL5 (Coconut milk) and simmer gently for 1–2 minutes.
Garnish with GL6 (Fresh coriander) and serve hot.
