Mains
Heat a pan, add OH1 (Oil pack) and sauté for 30 sec.
Add OH2 (Onions), cook till golden brown.
Add OH3 (Spice mix), cook 3–4 mins until masala releases oil.
Add OH4 (Chicken), sauté 2 mins, add 100 ml water, cover and cook 8–10 mins until chicken is nearly done.
Mix in OH5 (Coriander Paste), simmer 3–4 mins. Garnish with OH7 (Fresh Coriander) and serve hot.
