Heat AL1 (Oil pack) in a pan for 30 sec

Add AL2 (Onions) and cook until golden.

Add AL3 (Tomatoes) and AL4 (Spice Mix), cook 3-4 mins until oil separates.

Add AL5 (Potatoes) and AL6 (Eggplant) with 100 ml water, cover and cook 6-8 mins until tender.

Garnish with AL7 (Coriander), mix gently and serve hot.
