Mains
Heat DS1 (Oil pack) in a pan for 30 sec.
Add DS2 (Onions) and sauté for 2–3 mins until light golden
Add DS3 (Tomatoes) and DS4 (Spice mix), cook 3-4 mins until masala releases oil.
Add DS5 (Drumstick) with 150 ml water, cook 2-4 mins until tender.
Add DS6 (Dal) and DS7 (Tamarind Pulp), simmer for 4-5 mins.
Garnish with DS8 (Coriander) and serve hot.
