Mains
Heat a pot and add BU1 (Oil Pack), sauté for 30 sec.
Add BU2 (Onions) and cook till golden brown.
Add BU3 (Bendekayi Huli Paste) and cook for 3–4 mins on medium flame till it starts releasing oil.
Pour in 200 ml water and bring to a gentle boil.
Add BU4 (Ladies Finger) and cook 8-10 mins till soft and gravy thickens. Serve hot.
