Mains
In a bowl, combine DL1 (Onions), DL2 (Green Capsicum), and DL3 (Spice & Besan Mix). Mix well.
Heat a pan, add DL4 (Oil Pack), and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add the prepared onion-Capsicum mixture to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes on low flame.
Add DL5 (Whisked Curd), mix well, and cook 2–3 minutes until it reaches a semi-dry consistency.
Garnish with DL6 (Coriander) and serve hot.
