





Mains
Heat a pan, add GY1 pack (Oil Pack) and sauté for 30 sec.
Add GY2 (Onions) and saute until golden brown.
Add GY3 (Tomatoes), cook 2-3 mins till soft and aromatic.
Add GY4 (Chicken) and 100 ml water, cover and cook for 8-10 mins till chicken is nearly done.
Add GY5 (Coorg Masala Powder) and cook 5-7 mins till gravy thickens and oil separates.
Garnish with GY6 (Coriander) and serve hot
