Heat a pan and add PO1 pack (Oil Pack) & add PO2 pack (chicken legs) and brown on both sides for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add PO3 pack (Onions) and PO4 pack (Bell pepper) sauté for 4-5 minutes until soft.
Add PO5 pack (tomatoes) and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Return the browned chicken to the pan. Add PO6 pack (Stock), cover, and simmer on medium-low heat for 12-15 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
