Boil HN1 (noodles) in water for 13 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Add HN2 (oil, garlic, ginger), sauté briefly, then add HN3 (veggies) and stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 mins.
Add HN4 (sauces & seasoning), mix, then add boiled noodles and stir-fry for 2–3 mins.
Garnish with HN5 (spring onions) and serve hot.
